MyTipax is an online logistics platform provided by Tipax, a shipping and receiving company founded in 1962. There is no need to call or go to a Tipax dealer. MyTipax delivers parcels and packages door-to-door and provides surface and airmail, international, and packing services.
MyTipax workflow helped manage repetitive processes and tasks in an organized manner. By using them, users and small businesses can accomplish tasks such as ordering and receiving parcels. As part of our ideation sessions, we created a complete workflow for all the processes and used it to conduct user flows from the perspective of each persona.
It was time to create low-fidelity wireframes after we created our workflow and sitemap. We were able to create prototypes based on the second pallet and UI Kit after redesigning the brand identity and specifying the UI Kit.
I designed and prototyped Web in desktop and mobile view, as well as a mobile application in Adobe XD. I shared it via a link with stakeholders after the presentation. I edited the designed pages and assets, then handed them off to the development team via Zeplin. We are currently developing it, and we will test its usability before launching the updated version.
The main purpose of MyTipax was to simplify shipping by helping users connect within and outside of the country. We designed a dashboard to organize all orders and access key parts. Users could now track orders and get the information they needed at every step. A redesigned profile page was added. Tipax dealers can now provide specialized services to disabled users. The most commonly used contacts can be imported. In the next phase, MyTipax will focus on small businesses and provide them with a categorized and customized panel to manage their orders.
